About Me
- Auntie Jane
- A little about Auntie Jane (written by her daughter): My mom loves cooking to the point where she talks about it all the time, reads and watches for new recipes, and invents her own recipes or modifies the new recipes to suit her cooking style. Her cooking style consists of being the most quick and easy way to make these recipes. Her background: When she moved from Taiwan to Guam in the 80's, she had to reinvent her career from being a middle school teacher to something else. The only thing she could think of was her love for cooking. She took her love for cooking and wagered her savings, to open a successful fast food restaurant at the Mall on the island. The restaurant opened for 10+ years before she decided to retire and spend more time with her family.
